Hi,
We had 7 windows (triple pane) and a 9ft patio door installed last week. We selected Royal windows based on the reviews and their price point (we received 4 quotes and RW was by far the most cost effective). We found Alex to be honest and knowledgeable. The crew that did the installation was quick (finished the job in one day) and clean.

I can't say enough great things about RVW and the outstanding job they did on our window installation project. We had 8 windows replaced, including 2 egress basement windows and a new sliding glass door — and every step of the process was smooth, professional, and high quality.

From the initial consultation to the final clean-up, the RVW team was punctual, respectful, and clearly experienced. They took the time to explain options, answer our questions, and make sure we were comfortable with the plan. The craftsmanship is top-notch — the new windows have made a huge difference in both the look and feel of our home. I recently requested a window replacement quote for my house in Hawkwood NW from RVW, and  I wanted to share my great experience with other customers.

From the beginning, the project Manager, Dmitriy Kolotey, was very professional, courteous, and very informative. He took the time to explain all the options clearly and made the process easy to understand. The team was punctual, friendly, and respectful throughout our interactions.

We did our windows as part of the Greener Homes Grant and RVW was excellent to work with throughout the process. We had low-e triple pane windows installed, including a bay window.
